Cell C SUPPLIER - with no telephone lines!!!

I cannot understand how on earth as a service provider that is trying to get all customers to migrate to them (CELL C) that you are constantly unable to get into contact with there stores!!
I have been trying to contact the Glen shopping Centre Cell C branch for the last 2 weeks, till I eventually went to visit the store at Cresta - where i thought, okay i might actually get somewhere here!!! Never the less after visiting them last week, I tried to contact them again to see if I could sign up a new contract with them and if they have stock of the phone, Guess what!!! You cannot get hold of them either!!!
I don't see how on earth all these stores are unreachable???
Lack of Interest???
I am seriously now thinking of staying with my service provider, because if this is the "BEFORE" service, I would hate to see the after purchase service that is given to Customers.
