CELL C!!!

I had a billing complaint and query in November las year, and to date these guys have not credirted my account with the money they owe me!!! I cancelled my BIS subscription through them on their call center, and then, the very next day, they draw the money off my account AGAIN!!! i have spoken to countless agents< who have all promised to get back to me< the last being Lovemore, who promised to call me back on Thursday 28 March, and I am still waiting!! Cell C are very good at taking your money, but when you are owed money by them - its a very different story!!! Cell C - your service, and as soon as my contract runs out, you can be assured i will go to another network, as your incompetence and lack of customewr service shows that I should never hasd taken a contract out with you in the first place!!! You guys - big time!!!
