Cannot migrate 10s contract to a higher unlimited

I was instore on holiday and went into somerset mall (021-8510385) to get an iphone 5 but saw that there is a higher contract called the unlimited contract which is now the highest, I was on the highest 10S until this one surfaced, I asked if I could go over to it and as an upgrade wanted to know if I could get the iphone 5 free or at least discounted. They said it would take some time and that they would phone me once they have an answer, Donovan's employee phoned me 55 minutes later telling me she has bad and good news, I rushed to the Telkom Direct Store and she told me bad news no iphone 5 but good news they can migrate me, my current expenditure on 8ta is -R3300 monthly and the unlimited is R1300, there was a saving and based on this I took out an extra contract for the iphone 5 that i wanted and an extra one for my daughter she wanted the latest blackberry. Donovan mentioned the long wait which in this case was 55 minutes as he did NOT want to sit with any aftersales issues after all was said and done, when his employee confirmed that the 8ta helpdesk said it is POSSIBLE then Donovan (0815411658) accepted it and the 3 deals were done.
