What started out as a good experience turned into a nightmare as I signed up with Mweb premium ADSL line and provided my telkom number Friday the 15th of March 2013 already. The promise is 10 days to activation, 14 days later (today 29 March 2013) I still can't get hold of anyone by phoning the Centurion store (they don't pick up the phone) and the call center is closed so NO FEEDBACK till now which is pathetic. It's like they actually don't want new customers signing contracts. Considering cancelling and signing up with another ISP which is dissapointing as Mweb came recommended. Bad service not well received.
