No help nor responding to calls

I russell Magwaca cell No 0783725322 i applied for bleckberry Z10, i was phoned the next day we copleted the application then i recieved th phone on the 11.03.2013 with ram service my phone was not connected for the whole week tried to call but unsuccessfull i ended up wanting to cancil the deal on the 18th i phone fortunatly i went through after 30 minutes of waiting talke to Caphus who said he is canceling the deal and on friday he will send curria service to pick the up till today i have been waiting. when i call their department am unable to reach them... really fustrated with this would i be helped to cancel this deal please . please contact me 0817100556 or [Email Removed]
