Incorrect info for the debit date was logged into their systems where as it is correct on the application form. Now I'm struggling for a few weeks to get my name cleared from the credit bureau. I also have been at the store a lot of times, I also phoned the customer care many times. I have 2 case numbers. I'm so tired of this. Just need a letter..urgently!!
