Time consuming!

As all of you know. Clearwater is quite a distance from Krugersdorp. Now Z weeks ago I took my phone for a software update, being an android phone, It needed it. 7 weeks I have waited patiently for my phone, but finally yesterday they said I could come Fetch it. Excited, we planned a day of it shopping and visiting some family. Now they tell me no, its not here. It was supposed be here yesterday already. I'm furious. MTN is so poor in their service, making a paying contract customer wait so long. MTN, you. I promise you, if it is not done by tomorrow I will destroy you.
