Mtn the conection and service

I just phoned your branch mtn entrance 2 about 2 min ago no answer as usual.
Service I have had from the beginning of time when I took out this stupid contract needless to say I should have never!

anyways I have a software or hardware problem with my Nokia E6 and I was told I can get a loan phone whiles my phone is in for repair. I went there on Saturday as telephonic discussed that entrance 2 has loan phones. So I went and waited in a cue there for about 45min and when I was helped the lady at the till told me sorry we have no loan phones... I'm better off with VODA-COM the much more much way Better connection. I do not know how mtn can even put a slogan saying they the better connection (What allot of) at the end of this useless contract Im canceling this waist of time and money contract that should really only go to anybody out in Zimbabwe. As that the kind of service that is delivered from that country nowa days. I'm going to hello-peter with this as this is total how is anybody supposed to mange there contract with mtn if they don't even have a freaking Idea as to what it really
