Deducting money from my account

MTN deducted R24.00 from my account and on the 26.02.2013 and I was told that I downloaded something and Phinda who investigated the case and said there was no download. Aganin on the 26.03.2013 an amount an amount of R23.00 and Tumi said there might be an update. I am tired of being ripped of by MTN and not clafication on what is really happening.
