Debit order overdeduction incorrectly

I have an account with MFC Nedbank for a settlement of a remaining balance after my motor vehicle was written off. After the incident happened I was contacted by Nedbank and advised by them that they will be deducting a specific amount from my account every month per debit order. I then advised a Regina Mahlangu @ 0124363606 that was unable to pay the amount of R1053.00 and would only be able to pay an amount of R500.00 each month. Since 15/05/2013 they've been deducting the correct amount, however on 15/08/2013 an amount of R1053.00 was deducted from my account and i have been struggling since then to get this money refunded to me as soon as possible.
