Hi MTN,
I recently lost my cell phone and need to put in my insurance claim. In order for me to do this I need a case number from the SAPS. I have tried to call their helpline 808 and I enter the number I need to block then it says they are having a network failure and the call drops.
The SAPS said I need some number from MTN in order for me to open a case then send my claim. My cell phone insurance states that I can only claim if I reported the phone within 48 hours with the SAPS.
