Pathetic signal

For the last 2/3 weeks I have been having serious signal problems, ranging from no signal for hours dropped calls & virtually not being able to do a thing. I NEED cell coverage for my business and at this moment it is non existent, every few hours I receive multiple "miss call notifications" and I top of that I can't return any call as it says call failed, this is my 6th contract with Vodacom, I would like some one who knows what's going on to contact me as I'm paying a cell contract I can not use / rely on.
