Sd card not supplied

Took out a 2G contract with atablet at Mall at Carnival, Brakpan, on 27 December 2012. They had no 32G memory card which was part of the contract and said I must enquire continiously. Until to date the staff continiously state they have a backlog on orders. The other vodacom shops have but can not assist us. Please can you assist e.
