I took a contract phone with Nashua mobile last year its a blackberry 9360 which was delivered to us via courier services. when I signed the contract initially I was told my month instalment would be R320.00 but when the first payment came off it was more the R500.00, I went back to the shop but no one assisted me they were very rude and unhelpful. I then called the call centre wanting to return the goods because I have my consumer right to do so they just said NO sir you cant. I just left everything like it is, the next month no debit order went off I went back to the shop in alberton to make a manual payment and to return the phone coz its not working probably it overheats, I cant down load anything so I can only make calls and log on to social networks. I stopped using the phone and phone the call centre again but still no help. now after months on trying to return the handset I get a call saying I owe them R1720.00 which is ridiculous I cant pay for something I didn't use or benefited form. I never received any statements or sms, email no communication at all just a call to say I owe them that amount how come??? I have my rights I no one helped me
