Do you know what your turnaound times are?

I've had a contract with mtn for about 3yrs now. I've appplied 4 a tab on the 19-03-13 and was told I'd get feedback on the same day and I didn't. When I enquired the day after I was told I would know before end of business the 20th up till now my appllication is pending. Do you guys know what your turnaround times are?
