Very Bad Internet Response

For the last month we have been complaining with Mweb about our BAD internet response speeds, the speedtest that the technical guys asked me to do, demonstrated to me that we have a 1 Meg line and not a 4 meg as what we pay for.

I was moved to another ralm, and then i got 4 Meg, but just for that day.

Now we are back to 1 meg line.
Try to call mweb offices, 0860112252 and the phone just rings, or get put down immediately.

Looking at all the other responses on this website. it is clear to me that i am not the only person who get my MWEB.

Mweb throttle their customers to 1 meg, and when they complain they get what they pay for. This is very sad.
I have proved this statement, and i will provide screenshots of your speedtest as well.
