Debit Order Date Incorrect

I have a contract with MTN and i changed my debit order date from the 21st to the 25th of every month, i changed this in February, but on the 21st of February it still went through on the 21st and again in March. I am very disappointed and regret the day i ported from vodacom to mtn, at the end of my contract i will port back to vodacom. Not only is the date wrong but my premiums went from R558 to R607 and i have no idea why is that and no one called me to tell me this. Can someone please explain to me why and get the mess fixed? And please stop treating us like.
