I made a previous complaint about A Vodacom Data Contract I had and as a result I received the below message.
"Please note that you can place a call limit minimum call limit of R 100 on your account.
Should you require more information on the service and to activate, please email us on [Email Removed]
I proceeded to contact them and request that my account have that limit applied, however I have not heard back from anyone to confirm if this has been done.
In addition, I am not able to view my balance online, and the sms balance service is currently unavailable.
Welldone Vodacom. Another shocking service delivered.
