Phone still not working after 5 times repaired

I have had problems with my phone from mid December 2012 till now and after it having been repaired 5 times, 3 of which times it has been sent to JHB. The phone does not work within hours/minutes after receiving it hack after two or three weeks of it being away. I don't receive adequate feedback of what was done and have requested a new phone for months now. I cant get hold of the people responsible and they don't seem to get back to me in much of a hurry. I am sick and tired of having to sent the phone back and forth to have the same problem occur again since December. The phone is clearly faulty but it never seems to be Vodacom's responsibility. I have also re-installed apps at my own cost after them assuring me that the phone will work then losing them all again when the phone goes in for repair. This has now happened four times and I am literally wasting my money. I cant keep being treated like this. When will this stop.
