Didn't listen to me when I applied for a new cont

I applied for a new contract with vodacom. I ask them to put it on of my existing prepaid numbers. When I got the phone I also got a new starter pack with a new number that I did not ask for. Now that I want to sort it out with them on the 0821945 number I have to hold on for hours with no response. This is just very poor service from Vodacom after this contract expires I am rather switching to MTN or Cell C.
