My phone line was suspended for absolutely no reason last week Thursday, and I have been inconvenienced ever since. I have called several times to get it unblocked, and they always assure me that it has been unlocked. However, when I switch my phone on and off again, it is still not functioning.

As a client facing professional, it is highly irritating to not be able to utilise a service that I pay for every month without fail. Even when I had obtained this contract initially, it took them 3 months to activate it but I thought that everything was sorted now. Therefore, I would like to cancel my contract that I have with you.
