Unable to activate sim

Upgraded phone on 6 March, received phone on 8th March - and no one can activate the new sim.
Now these people wont cancel my contract.
I cant use the phone, they cant activate the sim - but I must now pay to terminate my contract - what a joke.
I must cover all costs for their inefficiency and uselessness.

Nashua mobile - pick up the phone, cancel the contract, and invoice me for nothing - as per NCA, I only pay for service received, and I have not received any service. Take the phone back.
