My name is Dean September.
I have called customer, time 09H01 on the 14 March 2013 from the number 0795053714.
I have called in connection with the number 0745315822 which is currently soft lock due to non payment.
I have explained an agent Pumela Ndvdele that I had money in my bank account on my debit order date. She told me straight that I'm lying, sounded very rude infact worst of all is that I even complain by her teamleader and ask if I can speak to a manager and there was no manager on site-team leader promised me his manager is going to give me a call the next day, up untill today no call back, I've never ever had such kinda sevice with vodacom I will never extend my 3 lines with cell c customer service is to poor.
