BEING RIPPED OFF!!

I took out a contract for my grandson with Nashua Mobile cell number 0836427794.They mugged my grandson and took the phone, I then phoned Nashua and was told that it was only for a sim swop.
I then cancelled the air time of R100.00 per month as I did not have another phone. Then on the December my banking account was dibited R480.51 I then phoned and spoke to Eldrie V der Westhuizen and was told that a new phone was issued in midrand and the consultants name was Avesh. She then advised that it was a error but to my surprise I did not receive my money back that was taken from my banking accI was told that my contract ended in Feb 2012 because I did not cancel the contract the amount of R112.00 went off my acc, so I gave notice and was told that my last payment would be Dec of R83.00 .I then spoke to miss Davids on tel 207-8292 and was told that she would investigate and call back which she did not do. On the 5th Dec I spoke to Maureen to stop the phone and airtime or even block the phone but nothing has happened.this is unacceptable customer service as i need to be re-imbursed and this cancell
My bank account was debited with R270.00 for Jan and Feb, yet another acc has arrived!
