They never fix the main issue

I have repeatedly had Telkom line issues this year had to log x3 faults, and been down in total over 3-4 weeks of this year. At least x2 times the fault lie's with the Telkom technician who upon installing the new neighbors lines stuff's up mine. BUT the main problem that repeats often is clearly the box that your line goes into on the pole this box's cover has smashed itself to bits in the wind Every time the technician comes out I mention thsi and they don't do that bit - they will report it BUT nothing happens.
So every time it rains or is heavy winds my line goes off, and clearly it needs a cover after all connections exposed to the elements can't be good.

So come on Telkom - lets see you fix the box!
