Incorrect Billing or No Billing for over a yea

To Whom it May Concern:

We took out a contract with Nashua Mobile for internet many years ago. And for the first couple years the service was fine. However, we started getting very hefty bills even thought it wasn't really being used much and we weren't receiving regular bills in the mail as requested. We went in to settle the account in December 2011 and asked for a detailed bill to be sent every month and made sure all contact details were correct. We also asked for a limit to be set on the internet - it was the R249/600mb sim. We asked for it to be cut off once the limit was reached. We then never received bills in the mail. We weren't using the internet device as it was sitting in a draw at my Grandmothers - only to receive a letter from a debt collector on the behalf of Nashua mobile saying we owed them R10, 000. After requesting on NUMEROUS occasions a detailed bill which we have still not received, and having spent the last week trying to get hold of anyone in management we have still not been able to sort this out. I have found the service of Nashua mobile over the past couple years to be appalling and slack. I would like the situation rectified ASAP. Regards.
