MTN decided to blacklist me at the credit bureau f

Hi
MTN decided to blacklist me at the credit bureau for a contract that i did not even know i had with them. But they did do the investigation and the did find that the account was open *.

My problem is now the don't want to remove my name from credit bureau. And the banks can't give me loan for bond now because of mtn.
The below is letter from MTN
