Again, UTTER USELESSNESS of Telkom.
After escalating, and escalating and phoning and mailing and one phone call back from them to say that they are working on the problem with my account, suddenly nothing.
Thank you Carol Deysel, for phoning back once, then ignoring me again.
Thank you Donald Quala and Andy Ford for doing nothing, probably too busy to worry about anything else, so a reply mail is totally out of the question.

This is the 4th time I have to complain about the most useless company in south Africa, about the same exact issue.

Is there no in in this useless company that want to work, or is everyone just there to get pay at the end of the month?

Don't phone me, don't mail me and tell me it has been escalated, as my dog against the wheels has more effect on Telkom than escalations.

I understand 100% how someone can walk into an establishment and kill everyone in sight.

At least then someone will wake up and scream, which is a lot more than I received in the last 4 months from Telkom.

Is it not common practice after an investigation to contact the client and update him, or is it too much trouble?
