Iam loging a query on behalf of my father, he went to STD bank to apply for a house he was told hes blacklisted because of the phone he took with MTN, With FNB account, my dad doesnt bank with FNB and doesnt have a contract with MTN or using FNB, he went to the MTN shop he was told to open case and have an avidavit he did so in January but no one got back to him, so now we must live without a shelter because of the incompetent people who dnt verify account before they open them a,
