I want my money back

This is my 6th complain, since i have complained december iam stil waiting for the refund. A month back i got an email from michael telling me to send me my statements, i did so and he promised me that i wil get my refund in a week or 2 . but last week monday i have send him an email asking him when will i get my refound cause that was the 3rd week. He said he is waiting for the answer, i have send onother email on friday, he did not even bother to reply, i have send another email this morning still there is no response. What i want to know is that iam i going to get my money back, i have been send from pillar to post. I'm tired of cell c pepple playing games with me
