MTN is unable to control accounts

I am shocked with the service I have been receiving from MTN telecommunications group.

Since December last year my account has sky rocketed from an average of R700 to R1300. This is a 53% increase on my account. The statements are not available and no feedback is supplied from all the possible areas.

In all the instances that I have contact the helpdesk, branch and support line. No one is able to indicate what is going on with my account and why there was such a drastic increase.

I am getting very frustrated as I moved for Virgin Mobile to MTN from which the service was not famous in hope that the standard would be better but to my disappointment the service is worst.

I am hoping that this issue can be brought to MTN's attention and this this can be resolved ASAP.

It has reached the point that I want to cancel all my contracts with MTN and move my business elsewhere.

MTN service is PATHETIC!!
