I am not happy at all with the service I am receiving from Standard Bank complaints department. I have logged a complaint with them two months ago and followed up several times until today no one bothered to come back to me. When I followed up with them they always promised to get back to me.

I took up a revolving loan with them last year January and in September I went to increase the loan amount in KZN Branch - Musegrave. They kept on debiting the monthly instalments as normal. I was so shocked and surprised when I received a call from legal services "MacRobert Attorneys" in July 2013 stating that my loan account was in arrears. They couldn't explain to me why my account was in arrears as I explained to them that the money is debited monthly.

After being harassed several times by legal I went to the Bayside Mall branch to enquire about my account being on arrears. The person who assisted me found out that the CONSULTANT who assisted me in Musegrave branch forgot to amend the system to increase my monthly instalments. I then there and there logged a complaint that I can't pay arrears caused by on their own negligence. I AM CURRENTLY LISTED BECAUSE OF THIS, NOT HAPPY
