I got a contract from Vodacom a few days ago and i was very excited to get a new phone. Unfortunately the phone was defective and took at back. The policy states that i will receive a new phone within 7 days of bringing back the phone. Today is the 10th day and still no phone. I was informed that i might get the new phone today, but that this is the earliest that i can expect the new one. What a bad response?! I should have been told that i will definitely get the new phone today. No one knows whats going on and cant get any information as to why this is. I regret giving my business to Vodacom because this level of service is just unacceptable. What will happen in the next two years if it starts out like this? Can someone just tell me something?!?!
