R1, 00 per mb?

Good day, I note that I am being charged R1, 00 per mb since last month on my prepaid simcard. Before that I was charged R0, 15 per mb as your website states. I phoned your customer service earlier but seemslike the consultant does not know about this. Please explain what happened?
