Keep on billing me after I closed account

I tried to open an account at Irene Village mall. I filled in all the forms, after 5 days I still did not receive my sim card and I cancelled the contract it is now 3 months later and I still get billed for data i do not get every month. They are not helpful, and cannot sort out a simple problem
