I have had a MTN modem contract through Autopage since 2010, in June 2012 I was called to upgrade my contract to a cheaper contract which offered more data for a cheaper monthly subscribtion.

since June 2012 I have never paid more than -R130 per month. In December I get a bill for R6500!!! I request a breakdown of data used and am told I used 23GIGS of data over three days!!!

My argument is that I was under the impression that I was on a top up plan and could not go over my 2GIG unless I topped up as this was how my contract worked pre the telephonic upgrade!!! I have requested the call recording and was told to go and listen to it at the Cresta branch!!! I get there to be told that recordings cannot be listened to. it has been almost two months since the start of this episode, I have not paid the bill, and am very concerned that this is going to become a bad mark on my credit score! I have just got off the phone with tehm again and have to retell teh story all over again! They keep no record on system of anything we have spoken about!!!

I need this issue sorted out as to avoid a negative credit history! PLEASE AUTOPAGE!!! Can someone help!!!
