Bad attitude, incompetence and terrible service

I have been a MTN customer over many years and have never experience such shocking attitude and incompetence. I booked in my 3G device for service on 16 Feb and received an sms that the device was ready for collection. The guy that helped, Cedric, was helpful but he could not find my info on the computer. The device is on my business account and neither the business name nor the account number yielded any results. A. ery very rude and unhelpful, irritated Thoko Mfolo was asked to assist. She was unbelievably rude and had an amazingly arrogant attitude. E entually Cedric realized that they had to query this on the cell number to which they sent the sms. This made no sense whatsoever because i would have expected it to be booked against the account number??? Be that as it may, Ms Mfolo then proceeded to make a comment in he rown language to one of the other ladies clucking her tongue etc. It was very obvious that she made a comment about me insisting that they keep on looking. I expect the manager of Northgate to call her in and rebuke her seriously as even some of the other clients commented on this behaviour. She was clearly not in the mood for customers today?
