Poor Service from Branch Manager - Bronwyn

I've done an upgrade on 1 Feb 2013. 3 days later the phone went off for 5 hours. I phoned Tess that assisted me with the upgrade; she said I must take the phone in. Melissa assisted and said it was my profile picture that caused it; she downloaded a bat3 saver application and told me to charge and monitor the phone. Day 8 after my upgrade the phone went off again. I took it back; Melissa booked the phone in for warranty assessment. Follow up was never done unless I stepped into the store and enquired. Charlene took over the matter as the process was dragged and to me the Store Manager showed NO interest. She made her appearance 2weeks ago for the 1st time and said she ordered the phone. Bronwyn instructed her staff to tell me to choose another phone, because she couldn't find stock but stores that booked upgrades for the same phone after I handed in mine received their phones. I complained 2 Chesley @ Cape Rd H/O, after 10 min he said he found a phone. I never received my phone. Thanx to the frontline staff that went the extra mile. Till now I haven't received feedback from Bronwyn/Chesley. I've been mislead by the Management and based on this, I decided to terminate this contract
