I took Telkom ADSL subscription on promotion last year, the first three months for free and you get wireless router and other components. However since I took the account I had never used their services which is connecting to the internet. And I have being receiving outstanding balances from them having called several times for assistance with internet connection. This account has being taken to the attorneys after I made it clear that I closed this account having told them that I am a student and couldn't pay, and what am I paying for cause I had never utilized their service. I don't know what's happening am just in the dark, I don't know if I am blacklisted or something. Please help I feel like my customer rights have being violated I deserve everything they could think of to make things right.
