Firstly we waited a year for them to install the promotion we were offered (ADSL and telephone with 3 months free ADSL). They then guaranteed we wouldn't be paying for the ADSL for 3 months even though it was a promotion from a year ago. And... surprise, surprise we were charged.
After sorting that out, I am now trying to cancel the ADSL line (we had to get something else from MWeb because we couldn't wait anymore) and I have called 8 times and been cut off everytime after a minimum of 20 minutes on hold.
Don't go with Telkom if you can help it!!
