6 Years for Data to be activated? =|

Hi there,

So a problem has been solved... after quite some time...

In 2008 I started a contract at MTN Nokia 5800 music express I think, anyway I was promised Data with my monthly package.

Never happened...

complaint after complaint...

Promised a few times that it will be sorted...

Never happened...

anyway, 2 years pass and I get to upgrade Whoo hoo!

Nokia N8, now I had to pay more oh and yet again data as promised...

Not once did I receive any data...

After many attempts of trying to sort it out I gave up...

I eventually moved to Alberton.

Yesterday I went for my upgrade, Black Berry Z10

Friendly lady informs me I will be receiving 250mb of data, I shrug it off and laugh, she asks why and I inform her of all these years of no data, even though I PAID for it...

She, promises me she'll sort it out and this morning for the first time since 2008...

I received it! whoo hoo!!

So thanks MTN! after all this time eventually you got your heads out of your rear ends and did a simple task...

My personal opinion if anyone asks is stay away from MTN, "Everywhere you go" certainly hasn't reached Hartbeespoort =
