Bad customer service!

I was appalled by the absolutely disgusting service I received this morning from one of your customer service agents. After explaining my situation the agent tried to blame me for the problem, then upon realizing I actually understood something about mobile technology tried to back track and make excuses. I didn't even try and blame vodacom for the problem, since it was an issue with the Android operating system on my phone. I was simply asking if he could help me in some way, but he basically told me it's my problem and tough I'll just have to deal with it. When asking to speak to the manager I was told I can't and he all but hung up on me. I have since realized that it is most likely because I have a prepaid data package (R999 for 1GB data over 12 months) which means Vodacom already has my money and therefor don't seem too bothered to try help me! This I can almost understand but to be treated so rudely is unacceptable!
