I am not happy
I have had to fork out R40 for bad service and attitude
I went to the Vodacom customer care centre in Sandton, the lady I believe her name was Resheeba.
I believe the was miscommunication as she gave me the Prepaid Nano Sim (for the iphone 5). I paid R20 Facillitated the sim swap. when I opened it I found it didnt fit.
She told me with attitude that it was my fault and that she heard me say iphone 5 (when there was an iphone 4 on the desk)
So i just accepted it and asked for a new one. Paid R20.She gave me a Micro sim and told me she would facillitate the second sim swap at 12. I did find it odd that it said contract sim card but I did not think much of it. She said after 3 it would be through
Its past 3 and I do not have service. I have a job interview tomorrow and its the only number they can contact me on. I have no number as of now.
I then resorted to calling your customer care line, the first gentleman was reluctant to help as he said it was a contract sim so he cant do it, which isnt true because i was perviously on contract before i moved to prepaid
he dropped the call
I called again and the second lady dropped
The third time i was place
