8TA ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS

8ta / Telkom are absolutely useless. After 3 months, >4 physical visits and >11 calls with numerous promises they can't remove a suspension from a fully paid up account. In addition they illegally suspend 2 pay as you go accounts with money in them because they also have my sons' ID associated with them. Isn't not doing what you say called lying? Isn't taking money that doesn't belong to you called? Isn't taking money for services not provided similar to extortion? Maybe that's what 8ta stands for: "lying, and extortion".
