20 Gig Premium Gaming Internet is Terrible

Hi,

I switched to the telkom do broadband, and to make sure I was being fair took the best package on offer, and then the premium version of that. The reason is that for gaming latency on 3g is terrible.

When using the telkom ADSL it actually scores 5 times worse. This is pathetic, the momment I switch to other isps I get decent service, the website selling this service claims it gives priority to internet gaming it does not.

I am a Cisco Certified Internet Engineer, so I have tested this line and the shaping on various ports the performance is terrible.

I wont even get into the fact that on the premium 4/10 service I was placed on an exchange that only offers 4 meg. Which is preforming on average at 3.2 megs.

This is absolutely pathetic for anyone with an Xbox of PS3 wanting to do gaming.
