I had the screen of my BlackBerry Bold replaced this week, and for some reason all my services were interrupted the following day. I sent an email to Vodacom's customer service. Farouk Martin called me and talked me through all the steps to rectify the problem. He was pleasant and really helpful - Vodacom, he's a keeper.
