Pleasantly surprised!

I would like to get this message to Randal Anders's manager - he should really be acknowledged for his great attitude and willingness to help!

Last night at 20h00 I bought 4 sim cards in Sea Point for my family who is visiting from overseas, but the store where I bought it was offline, so I could not Rica the sim cards, and had to drive around to another store to have them rica'ed, but did not have enough time to wait for them to check if they worked, or what the numbers were, as I was in a hurry to get to the airport on time. Waiting at arrivals I saw the Vodacom store, and Randal was very helpful and sorted the last bit out for me with a very friendly attitude.
