Poor Service from Cell C

After i compained on this site last week, someone named Neli called me to tell me exactly the same story that the call centre has been rehashing to me over again ie they dont know what i'm talking about!!! i then asked to speak to the CEO and no one has sonce bothered to call me back!!! Shody service!!!
