My Cell C account started to increase by 150pm and after 6 visits to Cell C I was given various reasons. Amongst them was Oprah was taking the money but they insists that the subscription was stopped 24 Nov 2012 but still money was added to my account. Now eventually I was told by Cell C (at last) that this is ZUMA MOBILE. I send them a email and they acknowledge that is was them debiting my account and I proved to them them that I send SMS on 12 Oct 2012 and 11 Nov 2012 to OPT OUT, but still they carry on. Now IN MY OPINION this becomes and I intend to lay criminal charge against them. But Cell C is also involved for failing to assist me since Nov 2012. I will also deal with them as they were negligent. Someone must stop these vultures and if the the service operators are to scared then we must do something. But what??? I am NOT A BONA FIDE CUSTOMER of ZUMA MOBILE and never intended to be one.
