I have logged this call 2 weeks ago no one is responding to me, im still downloading at 5kb/s i have the slowest internet in South africa, i took my dongle to work and it was fine no problems! an 8ta tech was here and said it was on your side everything on my side is fine! if i dont hear from someone within the next hour i promise u im complaining by the consumer act of south africa
I keep on paying and for what? for internet that is so slow that i cant even perform a speedtest??! i know its a signal problem i took it to kempton park this morning and it worked!
i have FULL signal at my house 99% and i cant do anything! at work i had one bar with 5% signal and i was downloading at 7mb/s please explained that to me?? ive been working fine for months and now ive had problems for almost 2 months! someone better phone me the hour has started! here is my coordinates for the last time!
